7. FEEDBACK & DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
7.1 Clients are encouraged to provide feedback throughout the service delivery process.
7.2 In case of any disputes, both parties commit to resolving them amicably through dialogue. If a mutual solution cannot be found, the dispute may be escalated to mediation or legal proceedings as a last resort.
8. WARRANTIES & LIABILITIES:
8.1 Celebrity Hair Company guarantees that all services will be executed professionally, adhering to industry standards.
8.2 However, Celebrity Hair Company will not be liable for any indirect damages or losses resulting from the services rendered.
9. FORCE MAJEURE:
9.1 Neither party will be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to unforeseen events outside their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, or internet outages.
10. COMMUNICATION:
10.1 Regular communication ensures the smooth execution of services. Both parties commit to maintaining open, honest, and timely communication throughout the engagement.
